WHAT MAKES YOUR WORK DIFFERENT FROM OTHER WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS’ WORK?

I take your photos in private and relaxed settings and try to use natural lighting as often as possible. I make your shoot fun and memorable while making you feel comfortable in front of the camera. My shooting and editing style is romantic and timeless with a fine art aesthetic so that you will enjoy your photos for a lifetime.

HOW MUCH DOES DO YOU CHARGE?

My full day wedding packages start at $5,000 and includes two photographers and carefully edited high resolution images. The average bride and groom invests $5,500 - $7,500 into their wedding photography with me. WILL WE GET THE PRINT RELEASE TO OUR PHOTOS AFTER OUR WEDDING?

 Yes! Once you receive your images, you will also get a full print release.

HOW MANY PHOTOGRAPHERS WILL BE THERE AT OUR WEDDING?

All of my full day wedding packages include two photographers. Having two photographers is key to capturing all accepts of your wedding day from several different views. 

 

HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL WE RECIVE? 

I typically deliver 50-75 images per hour of coverage. For example, if you booked me for 8 hours you could expect to receive anywhere from 400 - 600 high resolution, carefully edited digital files from your wedding day.

 

DO YOU PHOTOGRAPH ELOPEMENTS AND MICRO WEDDINGS?

Of course! I love traveling for weddings so no matter if you are planning an exotic elopement or a local small wedding send me an email about your elopement plans so we can see what best fits your needs. Elopement packages start at $2,000 for two hours of coverage. 

DO YOU GIVE RAW FILES?

I do not give my clients raw / unedited images simply because its not a true representation of my work. I spend a great deal of time during the editing process to ensure you receive the highest quality images which includes high resolution carefully edited photos. 

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO YOU BOOK WEDDINGS?

A : I have booked weddings a year or more in advance, but the average client books me with in  6 to 8 months prior to their wedding. It all depends on your wedding date and my availability. I suggest contacting me as soon as you know your wedding day to inquire about my availability. All weddings require a signing of my wedding contract in order for booking. 50% of the wedding package price is due at the signing of the contract and is a NON REFUNDABLE RETAINER, the remaining balance is due 30 days before the wedding. 

DO YOU TRAVEL FOR DESTINATION WEDDINGS?

A: Absoultly! I love destination weddings and have been lucky enough to travel to some amazing places to shoot elopements and weddings. Although I am based out of Tampa, Florida I often travel all over the states of Florida and Georgia to shoot weddings and elopements. I am often in Clearwater, Sarasota, Anna Maria Island, Siesta Key, St Petersburg, Fort Myers, and Naples. So if you are planning a wedding outside of Florida send me more information on your travel plans, and I can create a custom wedding collection to suit your needs.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE THING TO PHOTOGRAPH AT WEDDINGS?

There are so many things I love about being a wedding photographer, I honestly love my job. However, I have to say my favorite part of shooting weddings is two part; I love photographing the details, such as your rings, shoes, flowers, and invitation suite, and I really get excited when I'm shooting your bride and groom portraits. Both of those sets of photos is when I get to really let my creativity flow freely and seeing two people that are in love and making a commitment to each other makes my heart swell with joy and happiness! 

WHAT IS A PERSONAL BRANDING SESSION?

A personal branding photoshoot are for small businesses that want to raise the bar and increase their social media presence . Every business branding session is different so I tailor the shoot for each individual business based off of what they specialize in. During the session we showing off your personal style in a real and genuine way that is fun and professional!  The point of lifestyle headshots is to help you to attract your ideal client and stand out in the crowed.

 

DO I NEED A BRANDING SESSION?

I am a firm believer that all small businesses and  entrepreneurs NEED to show their faces to their customers. Potential clients, other businesses, wedding vendors, etc; want to see YOU and connect to you as the face of your business. Studies have shown that if your website, blog, and social media do not have any photos you that people are less likely to book you or spend money at your place of business because they feel like they can’t trust you as a business owner. Not only are you selling a product or a service, you’re also selling an experience. This is a great way to connect to your clients, followers, audience, etc; and to gain their trust in order for them to feel comfortable investing in you and your business.

 

WHY YOU NEED TO BOOK A SESSION?

Yes a user friendly website and logo are essential for a business, but professional photos will help elevate your business and keep people coming back! Business branding sessions give you high quality content that you can use to  constantly update your blog and social media. By having great images for you to use on your blog and website this helps boots your SEO and social media engagement with your followers. By having fresh content to share you give Google a reason to help keep you on page 1 of a  Google search. 

 

WHAT KIND OF PHOTOS ARE TAKEN AT A BRANDING SESSION?

We will take a large variety of images during you photoshoot. You can expect to not only get beautiful lifestyle headshots but you will also get photos of products you sell, shots of you working behind your computer, answering phone calls, interacting with customers, details shots of your workspace, storefront, and much more! Make sure to bring props to your photoshoot such as your computer, you phone, a notepad, your favorite coffee mug, your favorite beverage, a candle, fresh flowers, and any products that your company sells that you want photographed.

 

WHERE WILL YOU SHOOT MY BRANDING SESSION?

While every business is different the great part about a business branding photoshoot is we aren’t tied to one location.  Sometimes that means your store front if you have one, other times that means inside your own home, a local coffee shop, wine bar, or a beautiful park.  When selecting the location make sure fits with your brand so it will cohesively flow with your website, logo, and social media. 

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR DURING MY HEADSHOTS?

This is one of my most frequently asked questions and this is what I tell all my clients. "Wear clothes  that makes you feel comfortable and confident!" I am a fan of color and pattern, so feel free to bring bright colored accessories if that is something you like.  I suggest to my clients to bring options! I typically say to bring a minimum of two outfits maximum of four, this way you will have a lot of variety in your photos! You can get creative with what you decide to bring, casual, dressy, uniform, and don't forget the accessories and makeup touchups. If you're considering hiring a professional makeup artist but don't know where to start I can give some referrals! 

HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL I GET?

I don't promise an exact amount of photos because each photoshoot is different. It depends on several different things. The number of photos you will receive will depend on how many outfit changes you bring, how many different props are used, how many poses we do, and if you choose more than one location for your headshots. However you can expect to receive anywhere from 30-60 depending on all of the stated factors and if you choose the luxury portrait package which includes up to two hours of shoot time. Either way you will stellar photos that you will love!

 

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I BOOK A BRANDING SESSION?

I think it depends on each business, but I would say about 2 or 4 per year depending on what your business is. Google rewards websites that are continually refreshed and frequently updated with new content. When you have constant traffic to your website that bumps up your google rating and lowers your bounce rate. Also when you have fresh and new images to share on social media your clients see that you’re a current business that is staying relevant and give people what they want. 

LOCATION

I specialize in natural light portraits, which means I do all my sessions outdoors. You can make your senior photos more personal by choosing the out door location of your choice! Whether it’s the local coffee shop or park, let me know if there is a special place that is sentimental to you! I am a senior portrait photographer based out of Tampa, Florida but I frequently travel to Clearwater, Sarasota, St Petersburg, Fort Myers, Naples, Jacksonville and Jekyll Island, GA for shoots. So feel free to let me know if you have specific place in mind that you would like to travel to have your photos taken at and we can come up with a customized plan for you senior experience with me as your senior photographer. 

 

PAYMENT

A 50% non-refundable deposit and signing of a contract is required upon securing your date. The remaining 50% of your balance is due two weeks prior to your session.

 

SCHEDULING

Sessions are scheduled 1-3 months in advance depending on availibltiy. Cancellations and reschedules must be made via email or phone at least 48 hours prior to your session. Deposits are non-refundable.

 

WHAT TO WEAR

Wear something that makes you feel comfortable and confident! Patterns, bold colors, and accessories photograph really well. My goal is to capture you in your element, so feel free to get creative with your wardrobe! I encourage you to bring a minimum of two outfits maximum of four. That way you can make it more personal and have variety in your photos! 

WHAT TO BRING

In order to make the most of your time, it is helpful to have all of your outfits and accessories ready to go before the shoot! If you would like help on deciding on outfit choices I am happy to be off assistants in either shopping for new outfits or choosing with in your existing wardrobe. Professional hair and make up can be arranged for an additional charge. 

EXPRESS YOURSELF

Don’t be afraid to let loose and let your personality shine! If you have ideas or a specific theme you’d like to incorporate, or if  you are involved in sports, music, or any other activity, please let me know. I want to show off your personality and let your beauty shin through.

 

WHAT TO EXPECT

Prior to you shoot I like to meet in person to answer any questions you have, get to know you better, talk about your vision for your senior photos, and plan out when and where we will do your shoot. That way on the day of your photoshoot we are more aquatinted and have a clear and organized plan. Once we get to the first location, we’ll take a few test shots to get you comfortable in front of the camera. If you bring along any props we will take a little extra time to photograph these items as well.

 

POSING IDEAS

I will guide you through different poses that are the most flattering and showcase your personality. I have spent years perfecting the art of posing, it's what I am best at. We take our time and I will pose  you in a flattering and natural way. If  you have an specific pose ideas feel free to show me, that we can use it for inspiration and customize the pose to fit you and your personality.
